Webbsims 3 launcher does not open I recently bought the sims 3 game for my laptop but when clicking play on the launcher it just closes the launcher and doesn't open i have tried the ts3.exe but that just brings me to the launcher, my laptop meets all requirements so what am i doing wrong? btw i am using windows 7 This thread is locked. WebbHowever, recently, I needed to perform a factory reset on my laptop (Alienware x14), and so when I went to reinstall Origin, it instead directed me to the EA app. I've installed the Sims 3 since (through EA), and the launcher opens, but when I click the play button, it exits out of the launcher and opens "The Sims 3" page in the EA app.
